At Sunrise Therapy Solutions, we specialize in providing therapeutic services in person and online to support your mental health journey. With our unique approach and the assistance of our therapy dog, Gizmo and our amazing partner Emma Ogilvie in Scotland we aim to offer a fully diverse and inclusive service for everyone.

I did my training after surviving my own run in with lifes difficulties

Cath, our compassionate therapist, embarked on her journey into therapy when faced with her own life difficulties. Today, she is committed to guiding others through their struggles, with the support of her therapy dog, Gizmo.

I am a fully qualified and insured Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with a Diploma from The Centre of Therapy & Counselling Studies in Glasgow.

Emma lives in Falkirk, Scotland and offers sessions online throughout the UK, in addition to local face-to-face appointments allowing us to serve the most diverse audience possible. She is a passionate believer in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and its benefits and also holds a strong belief that it's good to talk and to be heard. We all struggle with life at times and no person is an island. Sometimes we feel that we have no one to talk to. I am of the opinion that no one should have to face life's uphill struggles on their own and that talking to a professional can help an individual to navigate them. With sunrise, morning, afternoon and sunset therapy sessions available, we take to the beach on a beautiful Jersey location for outside therapeutic support whilst taking in the calming day. Shelter and blankets provided.
